About Echo

About me

(← your words: who you are, where, what you do. Two or three lines.)

Where Echo came from

To leave a little less regret behind. The words that were never said. The things left unexplained when someone goes suddenly. You can prepare while you are well. You can also, when you are very ill, leave your family something gentle.

Free to use

Because tenderness should not be measured with a price. This is something I am able to do, so I do it.

If this ever ends

If one day I cannot keep this running, I will first look for someone willing to take it over, and hand the whole thing across. If no one is found, then before the service closes: for those who have already gone, their letters go out over the course of one month, each with a note saying the service could not continue, no one took it over, and we are sorry to deliver it early. For those still here, every letter is returned to your own inbox, one by one. No letter simply disappears.
