Terms
1. Echo sends your pre-written messages after you stop responding. It is not a will and has no legal effect.
2. Sixty consecutive days without clicking a confirmation link (up to seventy with a witness) is treated as your passing. Mistakes can happen; there is a two-day grace period to cancel before sending.
3. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, or that recipients can open a message. Email may be filtered, bounced, or marked as spam.
4. Encrypted messages are locked with a passphrase you choose. It is never stored on the server; if lost, the message is gone. Its strength is up to you.
5. Passing on credentials for third-party services may breach their terms. That responsibility is yours.
6. This service may be suspended or ended. We will try to give notice, but cannot promise it.
7. We keep only what is needed to run: your email, your witness's email, encrypted messages and timestamps. Nothing else.
